Jonathan points out another building, the House of Culture, and comments that it would have been impressive before the war but now shows damage consistent with the war such as shrapnel and bullet holes. He comments that the name "House of Culture" has added resonance because it almost seems that Russia is trying to destroy Ukrainian culture, likening this to genocide.

Jonathan explains he's going to walk down to take a closer look at the building but asks the cameraman to go ahead because he is not very mobile. They take a look at the damage from different angles and see that one side of the building is more destroyed. Jonathan spots what he believes is a "cow drop" (an anti-tank obstacle). Jonathan decides to take a look inside the house of culture - it is dark inside with lots of destruction. He comments how such a shame to see such ornate architecture wasted, all because of Putin.
