📍 FRONT-LINE UPDATE -🗺️ MAP LEGEND
Northeast Sector - Kupyansk to Svatove to Kreminna
- Russian gains reported in the Novoselivka area, south of Svatove
- Geolocated footage shows Ukrainian forces striking Russian forces just north of Novoselivka along the N26 highway
- The situation remains dynamic with both sides making offensive moves in this sector
Bakhmut Area
- Ukrainian forces are storming Russian positions on the northern and southern approaches to Bakhmut
- It is difficult for Russian forces to manoeuvre within Bakhmut due to Ukrainian artillery, MLRS, mortars and grenades
- Fighting continues in Klishchiivka with the Ukrainians occupying a dominant height at the entrance to the village
- Russians in Klishchiivka face the choice of surrendering or dying as escape routes are mined or blocked by Kadyrovite troops
- A Russian source claims Ukrainians have conducted 80 attacks over 4 days near Klishchiivka, which is inconsistent with Ukrainian advances
Avdiivka Area
- Geolocated footage shows Ukrainian forces have advanced west of Vesele, north of Avdiivka
- Ukrainian troops have reportedly liberated about 1km into Russian-occupied territory towards Opytne
- Russian forces carried out 17 unsuccessful assaults in the Marinka direction, switching from larger assaults to smaller 8-10 person attack groups, possibly due to personnel shortages
Donetsk Front - Vuhledar to Velyka Novosilka
- Vuhledar remains under heavy Russian shelling despite being mostly destroyed and abandoned
- Fighting continues around Staromykhailivka and Pryiutne with the Ukrainians possibly controlling Pryiutne
- The Russian defensive line may have been pushed back south of Pryiutne
Western Zaporizhzhia
- Ukrainian forces continue attacks around Robotyne, Nesteryanka and Kopani
- A pro-Russian source claims the situation is relatively calm with mostly positional combat, but notes Ukrainian redeployments of troops and armoured vehicles to the frontline
Kherson/Antonivsky Bridge Area
- Ukrainian forces maintain limited positions on the east (left) bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast
- Russian forces are trying to push Ukrainians back from the Antonivsky Bridge area using airstrikes and infantry assaults, despite criticism from some military bloggers about high losses
- Footage shows a Russian BTR armoured vehicle and tank being destroyed by Ukrainian drone attacks near the Konka River bridge
