Kupyansk to Svatove to Kreminna
- Not much movement on this axis
- Russians have reinforced with several divisions, likely starting their offensive to take all of Luhansk and Donbas before 24 February
- Ukrainians are now in a defensive posture around Kreminna as Russians attack
- Bilohorivka is at risk of becoming the "new Bakhmut" if Kreminna falls
- Ukrainians may retreat to Dronivka-Siversk-Peretskne line to build up attack force with new Western weapons
Bakhmut Area
- Russians putting immense pressure on Bakhmut and slowly advancing
- Ukrainians likely to abandon Bakhmut within 2 weeks
- New Ukrainian defensive line expected to be Kostiantynivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Paraskoviivka, Siversk
- Mayor of Chasiv Yar has called for immediate evacuation as it comes under attack
- Wagner forces appear to have culminated but regular Russian troops have taken over the offensive
- Fighting ongoing at key villages around Bakhmut as Russians slowly advance
Avdiivka, Marinka and Vuhledar
- Not much change around Avdiivka and Marinka despite Russian claims
- Heavy fighting continues around Vuhledar as Russians attack from multiple directions
- Russians have taken heavy losses but continue to send in reinforcements
- Ukrainians have also reinforced the area and are holding on for now
Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Fronts
- After last week's internet offensive, likely to draw Ukrainian troops away from Donbas, things are relatively calm
- Skirmishes and artillery exchanges continue but no major offensives
- Ukrainians conducted a small raid on the east bank of the Dnipro near Kherson before being pushed back by Russian artillery
- Purpose of these small Ukrainian raids unclear but demonstrates Russians don't have full control of east bank
